Due to the personal and sacred nature of our amulets and related items, all sales are final — we cannot accept returns or process refunds for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse.
Exceptions — We’ve Got You Covered If We Mess Up
If we send the wrong item, we’ll happily make it right:
- Email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@twstech.shop or call us.
- Include your order number, a photo of the incorrect item, and whether you'd prefer a replacement or refund.
- Once we verify the error, we’ll guide you through returning the item and ensure it's shipped back at no cost to you, then send your replacement or issue your refund.
How the Return Works
- Contact us within 7 days with details.
- We’ll email shipping instructions and address for returns.
- Send back the unopened/wrong item.
- After we receive and verify it, we’ll dispatch a replacement or process a refund — usually within 5–10 business days.
No Exceptions for Used or Spiritual Items
Except for the rare mistakes mentioned above, we cannot accept:
- Opened, worn, or used amulets
- Items returned past the 7-day window
- Cases of buyer’s remorse
Keeping with global standards for personal/spiritual items, returns are only accepted when it's directly our error .
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is on us if we send you the wrong item.
Otherwise, original shipping charges aren't refunded.
Any additional shipping costs (e.g., customs, import fees) from the return shipping are the customer's responsibility unless we are at fault.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds go to your original payment method when using bank transfer, credit card, or e-wallet.
It may take 3–10 business days to appear—timing depends on your provider.
